hi all! i have big news to share

firstly i had Pixie spayed (shes fully healed now) and i will be making a separate page based on that with pictures of the healing process (for anyone who who doesnt want to see those kind of pictures i'll be adding them at the bottom of the page with warning notes to let you know when to stop)

and now for the other biggy:

we've moved! (temporarily - hopefully will be able to move again soon) thankfully Pixie was fully healed before the move

im not one for blabbering about my personal stuff but will say shes handling everything better than me! ~ and she knows it too ~

she goes the extra miles to get me to snap out of unpleasant thoughts and feelings by making sure shes by my side as if she equipped invisible velcro between us (before if i stayed in her point of view she'd stay put and watch me instead of following my every move like she does now. even if im just one step away) her super velcro mode didnt bother me but all that getting down and back up onto the loveseat to follow my every move was making her sore and she'd yipe upon doing either one(poor sweet old dog :( ) so i made a tie down thing to keep her contained on the loveseat with her water bowl so she cant get down to follow me and i clip/unclip her harness when i get up/sit down. no more yelping in pain from her! ya!!!!!!!!!

shes way goofier than normal too. such as all will be quiet and all a sudden she noses or paws at my hand or arm and barks and growls to get me to play with her

i dont like sharing pictures taken in here as it's temporary and it's tiny so it clutters up easily but here's a picture of her chilling(or being slightly pouty that she cant get down to follow me since i had her clipped put) on the loveseat

her play mode engaged while i was trying to use my iPad lol and with that being said please bear with me as i learn how to do codes and resize pictures and well.... everything on my iPad in the time being

we dont have much of a yard here as it's just a small patch of grass with neighbors a stones throw away in every direction so i crop a lot out of my pictures for not only my safety/privacy but other people's too since their houses/yards/vehicles etc are in the background. but you can still see she's enjoying herself

she looks rather unamused as she was wanting to eat more than pose lol
my twin size bed at the other place was just barely big enough for me and a couple of pillows i used between myself and the wall to knock down the draft on cold nights. this bed however is much bigger and...... i have created a monster..... 'again'..... lol she now waggles her tail and waves her front paws in the air at me when she knows it's bed time and sees me take off my shoes and socks
